MR-QMQ85 Pneumatic Battery Electrode Die Cutter is a gas driven die cutter for producing pouch battery cathode/anode electrodes ( no electricity required ). Its compact design enables the operation inside a glove box with Ar atmosphere where moisture/oxygen-sensitive electrodes will be cut (such as lithium metal electrode for Lithium Sulfur, Lithium Air, and Lithium Solid-State batteries).
1. Sheet type electrode feeding, knife template for die cutting, can be placed in the glove box.
2. Easy to replace the cutter.
3. Long die life, normal use Greater than or equal to 30,000 times.
4. No quality defects such as burrs, powder drop, and indentation.
